AGMINY provides AI-powered receptionist services that answer calls, respond to customer inquiries, and book appointments on behalf of your business. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.

6. Limitation of liability

AGMINY and Alaude LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
