At AGMINY (Alaude LLC), we strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with our AI receptionist service, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@agminy.com within 14 days of your initial purchase. Include your account information and reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are only available for the initial subscription period. Renewal payments are non-refundable. Setup fees, if any, are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

5. Cancellation vs. refund

Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, but you will not be charged again. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

6. Prorated refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that billing period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.
